Steel structure projects

Real bespoke steel structure projects across Spain

Industrial units, metal roofs, mezzanines, trusses and structural steel reinforcements designed, fabricated and erected by our own team. A selection of representative projects by sector, floor area and technical solution.

Thank you for taking a few minutes to find out about our work. If you have made it this far, it is because you take your project seriously, and so do we. On this page we have gathered a selection of the bespoke steel structures we have designed, fabricated and erected for clients in industry, logistics, food and agriculture, automotive and construction right across Spain. Out of respect for our clients' confidentiality, we present the projects by type, region and technical solution, without trade names; whenever you need them, we will provide detailed references and verifiable contacts on request.

Every project you see here shares the same way of working: in-house engineering that designs the structure to the real load of each project, steel with CE marking to the EN 1090 standard, qualified welding and a single technical lead who supports you from the first site visit through to handover of the final documentation. We do not subcontract what matters: we fabricate and erect with our own team to keep control of timescales, quality and on-site safety.

What we do

Types of steel structure project we deliver

We take on any bespoke steel structure project, from a complete industrial unit to the targeted reinforcement of an existing structure. These are the types we are asked for most often and that we handle with in-house engineering:

  • Industrial and logistics units: long-span steel portal frames, open-plan units for storage, production and distribution, with bespoke cladding and roofing.
  • Metal roofing: sandwich panel, profiled sheet, deck roofing and the refurbishment of old roofs, with improved thermal performance and weathertightness.
  • Mezzanines and raised platforms: making the most of the clear height to gain usable floor area without major works, with composite decking and safe access.
  • Steel trusses: long-span structures to cover large spaces with no intermediate columns.
  • Beams, columns and structural steel: steel elements designed piece by piece for industrial, commercial and landmark buildings.
  • Reinforcements and structural alterations: reinforcing structures in use for new loads, machinery or mezzanines, without stopping the activity.
  • Metal canopies, awnings and pergolas: lightweight outdoor structures for exteriors, retail and hospitality.

The sectors we work for

Every sector has different demands and we know them first-hand. We have delivered steel structures for logistics and distribution (large-footprint facilities and loading bays), the food and agriculture industry (cold-storage and processing units with hygienic finishes), automotive (units with overhead travelling cranes and assembly lines), the chemical and petrochemical industry, iron, steel and metalworking, the wine and winery sector, ceramics and tiling, aerospace, marine and retail and hospitality. We adapt the design, the materials and the finishes to the regulations and the real use of each activity.

How we approach each project

Behind every project there is a clear method that avoids surprises. We start with a site visit and data gathering to understand the use, the loads and the constraints of the location. With that information, our technical office designs and models the structure in 3D and gives you a realistic quotation in under 48 hours. Once approved, we fabricate in the workshop with quality control and full steel traceability, and we erect on site with our own team and equipment, following the safety plan. On completion we hand over the complete documentation: design calculations, as-built drawings, the EN 1090 CE marking certificate and, where applicable, the qualified welding certificate.

Materials, quality and guarantees

The difference between a structure that lasts for decades and one that causes problems lies in the details you cannot see. We work with certified structural steel, corrosion protection suited to each environment (hot-dip galvanising, primers and industrial paint), and welded or bolted connections designed for the service life of the project. All our work is carried out to the UNE-EN 1090 standard for the execution of steel structures, with CE marking, and by welders holding current qualifications. It is our way of guaranteeing safety, durability and peace of mind for you.

Coverage across Spain

We operate across the whole of Spain, with teams that travel out from our key centres to cut down travel time and costs. We have ongoing work in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Zaragoza, Málaga, Murcia and Alicante, as well as the rest of the provinces. See all the areas where we work.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about our projects

Can I see projects similar to mine before deciding?
Yes. Although for confidentiality reasons we do not publish our clients' names, we will provide detailed references for projects similar to yours —type, floor area, sector and technical solution— and, where possible, verifiable contacts. Tell us what you want to build and we will show you the closest thing we have done.
How long does an industrial unit project take?
It depends on the floor area and the permits, but as a guide: we give you the quotation in under 48 hours, the design and drawings within one to two weeks, and the fabrication and erection of a standard unit usually take six to twelve weeks. We give you a realistic timescale in writing before we start, and we keep to it.
Do you work with my architect's or engineer's project?
Of course. We integrate with your team: we start from your drawings, review them with our technical office and contribute solutions to optimise the structure, the timescale and the cost. And if you do not have a project, we develop it ourselves from start to finish.
What guarantees and documentation do you provide on completion?
Every project is carried out to the UNE-EN 1090 standard with CE marking and qualified welding. On handover you receive the design calculations, the as-built drawings, the CE marking certificate and, where applicable, the welding certificate. It is your assurance that the structure is safe and built in accordance with the regulations.
Which areas of Spain do you deliver projects in?
We work across the whole of Spain. We have ongoing work in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Zaragoza, Málaga, Murcia and Alicante, and we travel to the rest of the provinces with our own team and equipment. See all the areas where we work.

Thank you for trusting us with your time

If your project looks like one of these —or is something completely different— we would love to hear from you. Tell us what you want to build and we will reply with a study and a bespoke quotation in under 48 hours, with no obligation.
