What clients ask the most
How long does an engineer take to reply?
Under 24 h on weekdays. If your request comes in late Friday afternoon, we answer first thing Monday morning.
Do you charge for the quote or technical visit?
No. The commercial phase — outline design, indicative quote and initial visit when required — is not invoiced. We only invoice once the project is signed off.
Can I send drawings without being sure I'll go ahead?
Yes. We treat all information confidentially and use it only to prepare your quote.
In what format should I send the drawings?
We accept PDF, DWG, IFC, RVT or simply site photos and hand sketches. If you only have an idea, that works too.
Do you work outside Spain?
By default we work within Spain. For projects in Portugal, southern France or Andorra we evaluate case by case.
Will you coordinate with my architect or engineer?
Yes, it is standard practice. A significant share of our work comes from architecture and engineering firms outsourcing fabrication and installation.
