When the project doesn't fit a catalogue, we fabricate it to spec. Canopies, staircases, walkways, technical platforms, industrial furniture, displays, special supports… If it involves structural or machined steel, we can design, fabricate and install it. We work from your drawings or, if you arrive with an idea, generate 3D design before fabrication.
Steel canopies
Steel canopies cover entrances, car parks, loading bays, bus stops, waiting areas and any outdoor space that needs protection from sun and rain. We fabricate them to spec with a galvanized or lacquered steel structure and a roof of corrugated steel sheet, sandwich panel, polycarbonate or glass depending on use. For car parks we also size them according to snow load and the option of installing solar panels on the roof.

Steel staircases and railings
We fabricate steel staircases for industrial, residential and bespoke use: straight, switchback, helical, cantilevered or cat ladders. Each staircase is calculated and supplied with a railing including handrail and toe board in accordance with CTE-DB-SUA. For exposed settings we pay particular attention to the finish: polished welds, chequer plate treads, phenolic board or solid timber, and tube or steel cable handrails.

Walkways, platforms and technical elements
In industrial and technical settings we fabricate walkways and platforms for machinery access, roof access, passage between warehouses, maintenance of equipment at height and technical areas in general. We calculate each walkway according to use (occasional passage or installers passing with materials), fit anti-slip open grating or chequer plate flooring and code-compliant railings. Where there are level changes, we integrate staircases or ramps as required.
Industrial furniture and special elements
When a project calls for tables, displays, shelving, machine supports or special steel elements (particularly for retail, hospitality and exhibition), we fabricate them to spec. We work with tubular sections, folded sheet, round bar and combinations, finished in paint, controlled rust, galvanizing or lacquer. The process starts from a 3D design agreed with the client and, for special pieces, we fabricate a prototype before the production run.

3D design and prototyping
On bespoke projects it is common for the client to arrive with an idea but no detailed drawings. In these cases, we generate a 3D model that serves to validate dimensions, finishes and details before fabrication. For special pieces or those that will go into a production run, we fabricate a physical prototype to check ergonomics, assembly and final appearance. We only move to final fabrication once the prototype has been validated.
