Data is kept for the time required to handle the request and, afterwards, for the periods required by applicable law.

Recipients

No data is shared with third parties except by legal obligation. Contracted service providers (web hosting, email) may access the data as data processors.

Rights

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, restriction and portability by writing to proyectos@metaly.es. Users may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
